North Balgowlah shares a postcode with Balgowlah and is located 13km from the CBD of Sydney.  It is situated between Manly Vale and Seaforth.

North Balgowlah has become quite a hot spot for young families over the past 5 years.  It has a highly regarded public school, and a wonderful set of speciality shops including a bakery, butcher, mini mart, gift shop, newsagency, beautician, cafe and bottle shop.  The area also has a bike and walking track that can be followed all the way to Queenscliff beach.

North Balgowlah is very popular with mountain bikers, bushwalkers and kayakers as it has great access to Manly Dam.
